Design for Superconducting RF devices

We have a wide expertise in superconducting devices, both made in copper with Nb coating or in bulk Niobium. We master the integration of all the relevant aspects such as forming, welding, brazing, effects of differential thermal contractions, transport requirements, compliance with regulations for pressure equipment.

Design for normal conducting RF devices

Our expertise is demonstrated by the design of the Linac4 accelerator components at CERN: prototypes for RFQ, CCDTLs and PIMS have been design by our Desing Office.

Design for Ancillaries

FPCs, HOMs, RF lines: we provide support for all type of ancillaries!

We integrate various advanced manufacturing processes such as e-beam welding, brazing, on various materials, mainly metallic and ceramic.

Design for Assembly

Clean Room knowledge of tools and processes allows us to define all the features and tools needed for the cleanest assembly.

Design for Testing Tools

Cold test for Superconducting RF devices requires specific tools for performance measurements. Our expertise in UHV and cryogenics is available for the most suitable testing tool.
